About the Role:

Were looking for an Operational OT Security specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for security alerts and incidents within our operational technology networks on our terminals and vessels.

Youll ensure the secure operation of our Operational Technology infrastructure, proactively protecting assets from cyber threats while mitigating vulnerabilities

What Youll Do:

• Oversee cybersecurity operations for all vessel and shore-based OT
• Develop, manage, and enforce policies that ensure compliance with industry frameworks, such as IEC 62443 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Coordinate with the outsourced SOC for OT network monitoring, alert handling, and incident response
• Protect and secure Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA systems, PLCs, and other OT components
• Manage perimeter security, firewalls, and network segmentation strategies for OT environments
• Integrate and collaborate with IT teams to ensure coordination between IT and OT security policies
• Prepare incident response plans for OT-related cybersecurity events and lead investigations when required
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate vulnerabilities in ICS/PLC/DCS environments
• Review and validate OT vulnerabilities reported by SOC
• Assess operational risk and feasibility of remediation of vulnerabilities
• Support OT-related projects, including security solution upgrades, infrastructure refreshes, compliance assessments, and penetration testing
• Provide consultancy and training to local teams on best practices within OT security

What Youll Bring:

• Strong experience in OT and cyber security, ideally within industrial environments
• Proven expertise in hardening OT systems, designing secure network architecture, and configuring security devices
• Familiarity with technical standards and protocols applied to OT environments (e.g., Modbus, OPC-UA, or similar)
• Demonstrated knowledge of network security fundamentals and infrastructure management (switches, access points, cabling, etc.)
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating cross-functional cooperation and presenting risk assessments to stakeholders

Must Have Skills:

• Deep understanding of ICS network topologies (zones and conduits per ISA/IEC 62443) and protocols: OT Networking/ Modbus, DNP3, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, OPC-UA, etc
• Layer 2/3 network design principles
• Hands-on experience with OT-aware firewalls/ Palo Alto (advantage), performing firewall audits and compliance checks
• Understanding ICS/OT-specific CVEs and advisories.

Nice to have Skills:

• ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist
• Background in penetration testing for OT environments
• Experience with OT-aware SIEM, network monitoring or threat detection platforms
• Hands-on experience with OT asset inventories
